CLOROTEC® MODEL HP-25-10K
Plastic cells manufactured by injection of a material super resistant to the majority of products derived in the industry of CHLOR-ALKALI, with resistance to temperature in a range up to 120 °C without presenting wear to corrosion, similar to PTFE, but with the mechanical resistance required to work in a serial arrangement with the required torque for a determined amount of cells in function of the capacity and operational functionality.
The capacity of the two modules presented are dimensionally designed to produce from a low range and up to 25 TPD of 100% Gas Chlorine, can be supplied from a single module up to arrangements for greater production, with independent feed and discharges, with a single rectifier by module or several rectifiers interconnected in series in a single circuit of direct current of greater range of voltage, depending on the criteria of optimization.
The derivated products are the following:
SINGLE PRODUCT OPTION
• 192 tons per day (TPD) as 13% Sodium Hypochlorite (base weight).
100% GAS CHLORINE (Cl2) AND CAUSTIC SODA
• 25 tons per day (maximum range in 2 modules) of Chlorine Gas for direct use to the process by the client, or by adding an additional significant investment for complete drying process, compression for cooling and lliquefaction, storage and packaging.
• 28 tons per day of Caustic Soda 100% base in scales or the equivalent of ..
• 56 tons per day of Caustic Soda at 50% (base weight), both previous options with their corresponding investment in the processes required.
HYDROCHLORIC ACID (HCl) AT 31-32% AND CAUSTIC SOSA DESCRIBED IN THE LAST TWO OPTIONS, EXCLUDING THE GAS 100% CHLORINE OBTAINING.
• 78 tons per day of Aqueous Hydrochloric Acid 31-32%.
• 28 tons per day of Caustic Soda 100% (base weight), or
• 56 tons per day of 50% Caustic Soda (base weight).
